| 1. New HSE Library accounts | Use the password reset link (opposite) if you registered your account using this online form or the new form. If you cannot remember how you registered, the username usually contains your first and last name. |

| 2. Older OpenAthens Account | Use the Athens password reset link (opposite) if you set your account up using this online form. If you cannot remember, the username starts with hse e.g. hsejbloggs001 Staff from s38 organisations use this method. |
