For HSE staff: - when submitting your case report to BMJ case reports you will be asked for a fellowship code for your organisation. Contact your local library for more information.
HSE staff submitting a case report should affiliate under their HSE role and location rather than an academic affiliation or should dual affiliate in order to have the case report accepted.
