How do I suggest the library buy a book / subscribe to a database etc?

Library patrons can suggest content to the library in 3 ways:
1. In person
2. Log onto the library catalogue and suggest a purchase.
This is for print materials
3. Fill out the eLibrary content suggestion form.
This is for online content such as ejournals, ebooks and databases.
