Can I place a hold/request/reserve on a book on the Library Catalogue?
Can I place a hold/request on a book on the Library Catalogue that is on the shelf at my local library or another HSE Library, or a book that is on loan?
If, so how can I do this?

You can log into the Book Catalogue with your account credentials and place a hold/ request on any book that would normally be borrowable in any of the HSE Library Libraries.
You can have 5 holds on the systems at any one time.
You can select your pick-up library.
If the pick-up library is the same as the library that has the book, you can collect it from that library.
If the pickup library is not the same as the library that has the book, it will be sent to the pick-up library, and you will receive an email to come and collect it when it arrives.
You will have 7 days to collect it.
If there is more than one hold on an item your borrowing period may be reduced to 7 days.
