I am not receiving emails or they are blocked.

Emails may be blocked, but you can add email addresses to your safe senders list in Outlook.


Health Library Ireland uses various software platforms and to use them it is necessary to be able to receive emails from specific addresses.
These may be blocked by IT policies or go into the spam/junk folder.

To solve this problem you can add the email domain to your safe senders list in Microsoft Outlook. 

Go to the home tab in Outlook > Junk > Junk E-mail Options > Safe Sender

There you can add any email domain :
