Where can I access NEJM Journal Watch content?
At present, NEJM Journal Watch content remains searchable and browsable via the ProQuest Health Research Premium Collection. New curated summaries are now being delivered through NEJM Clinician.

How can I sign up for alerts on new content? You can register for free monthly NEJM Specialty Update emails by selecting your subject areas (e.g. hematology/oncology) and entering your email address via the NEJM alerts sign‑up page; these emails provide links to newly published content in your chosen specialty. A paid NEJM Clinician subscription additionally includes a weekly curated email of summaries, but specialty-specific alerts are available free of charge through the NEJM email update service.

Can NEJM Clinician content be requested via interlibrary loan (ILL)? NEJM Clinician is a subscription-based service that provides curated summaries and commentary on medical research, rather than full journal articles. As such, its content is not considered a standard "article" and is not typically available for interlibrary loan. However, NEJM Clinician entries usually link to the original research or guidelines they summarise; these underlying articles can often be obtained via ILL where permitted.
