When you apply for an Inter Library Loan you will see information about copyright. To complete your application, you must read and agree with the copyright declaration.
It is your responsibility to act within Irish copyright law.
Certain specific conditions in Irish copyright law - Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 and subsequent regulations allow libraries and archives authority to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. This photocopy or reproduction may not be used for any purpose other than private study, research, scholarship. Only one copy can be provided unless copyright fees are paid.
