My Inter-Library Loan is Lost/Damaged. What do I do?
Answer
- Contact your local library or the Inter-Library Loan team as soon as possible.
- The Lending Library will apply a charge or fee for the loss/damage of the book/ item.
- You will be informed of the details of the fee and how to pay.
Inter Library Loan items belong to the Lending Library and must be treated with care and returned on time.
