Issues for some domains with installing Screencast-o-matic on HSE Network.
If you cannot install Screencast-o-matic you need to open a call on the National Service Desk, not with your local IT.
The application must be installed by someone with admin permissions for the device, and it can only be done when you are on site.

Spoke to Niamh and advised her that any staff who require screencast-o-matic will need to log a ticket with NSD and not local IT for the installation on their device. User needed an update but can still use the software in the meantime so they will log a ticket when they are coming into the office to have the update installed.
